Steve Christensen
Chairman/CEO/Founder

Steve Christensen, the Founder of Babbleware, has been involved in Supply Chain/Logistics systems since 1987. His experience in Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution directly contributed to the development and success of BabbleWare. Spending eleven years in software development, engineering and configuration throughout the supply chain space gave rise to BabbleWare as a viable solution.

Mr. Christensen’s career included additional roles as financial analyst, business analyst and project manager, director of projects, product management, sales and marketing for such companies as General Electric, Kraft, Motorola (Symbol), Intermec Technologies and Catalyst International. He holds a BBA in Finance from the Univ. of Iowa and did his graduate studies at the Univ. of Cincinnati in International Finance and International Marketing. Mr. Christensen has been published in trade magazines, spoken at numerous conferences and participated in Industry Roundtable discussions.

Francisco Morales
CTO

Mr. Morales has collaborated with the Founder of BabbleWare starting in 1997. With over twenty years of experience in Senior Management IT roles he was an early pioneer in micro-computing and software development with a focus on managing systems, business development and processes. Mr. Morales has an international reach that has been firmly planted in developing and managing organizations, their projects and personnel.

Mr. Morales’s role as Chief Technology Officer for BabbleWare includes the evolutionary development of EAO software features. He will manage and mentor operations, conduct strategic and tactical planning and execution through software advancements and technological planning.

Theodore Lasser
Director

Mr. Lasser is competent in lean corporate principles based on Knowledge Management, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Objectives, Restructuring and Shareholder Value Creation. As a Practitioner of Lean Enterprise Transformation his focus for BabbleWare is oriented to areas such as Leadership, Operations Analysis, and Change Management with emphasis on Corporate Development and Transfer of practical Lean Enterprise skills leading to bottom-line results.

Mr. Lasser has a solid history of success in venture capital acquisition / IPO positioning, angel investing, entrepreneurship, and cost / operations analyses. He has been influential in shaping the Internet Broadband industry through Congressional Testimony and Washington involvement. His executive high tech experience includes Telecom, Broadband, Wireless and IT networking for an array of Industry Fortune 100 Corporations. Mr. Lasser is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University in Business Management International Studies and is a Fellow for National Engineering and Research Technology Expert Society.
